Chelsea make final Enzo Fernandez decision

Chelsea have decided to keep midfielder Enzo Fernandez after Manchester City refused to meet the asking price before today's 5pm deadline.

The Argentine has been widely linked with a move away from the Blues this summer, and Man City are currently the most interested club.
