Man Utd suffer another injury blow on international duty

Manchester United have suffered another setback on international duty with Patrick Dorgu picking up a hamstring injury.

The Dane has been a rotational player for the Red Devils and recently provided cover for Luke Shaw at left-back.

However, he may not be available after the international break, having picked up a hamstring issue on Nations League duty.

The 21-year-old started for Denmark against the Netherlands earlier today, but he was subbed off in the 29th minute with the setback.

As a result, United have a potential headache on their hands, given Luke Shaw remains the only other specialist left-back in the squad.

United have had a dismal start to the league campaign, and they have picked up only five points from as many matches.

The Red Devils host Tottenham Hotspur on October 10 and it could be a make-or-break game for manager Michael Carrick.

A draw or defeat could lead to his potential dismissal from the helm.
