Arsenal identify top winger target for January

Arsenal have identified RB Leipzig star Antonio Nusa as a top winter target for the January transfer window.

The 21-year-old was on the Gunners' radar during the summer, but they did not make a formal proposal to the Bundesliga outfit.

Arsenal have since monitored his progress closely and seem convinced he would suit the demands of the Premier League.

The Gunners have earmarked him as a prime target to bolster the left wing and are willing to make a big-money move for his services this winter.

The Premier League champions can expect competition for the young attacker. Liverpool and Manchester United are tracking him closely too.

Nusa has previously said that he is content to stay at Leipzig, but has refused to rule out the prospect of moving to the Premier League.

The Norwegian ace has made a bright start to the current campaign and has already made five goal contributions in just six matches for Leipzig.
