Man Utd defender back for Bournemouth clash

Manchester United defender Ayden Heaven is back in the squad ahead of the Premier League clash against Bournemouth at Old Trafford this weekend.

The centre-back has been out for the last few games due to illness, but he has recovered in time for the upcoming encounter against the Cherries.

Heaven has started in central defence and left-back for the Red Devils this campaign, and he could play some part in Sunday's league encounter.

Carrick is under immense pressure at the moment and reports claim that he could be dismissed from the job if United don't beat Bournemouth.

The 45-year-old has insisted that he is the right man for the job and only time will tell whether he can turn around his and the club's fortunes.

United are winless for the last seven games in all competitions and have already started the process of finding a possible replacement for Carrick.

United are currently 13th in the league with just seven points.
