Villa tempted by Liverpool
Spain's Euro 2008 top scorer David Villa has admitted he is interested by the prospect of leaving Valencia to join Premiership giants Liverpool. The Reds have reportedly made a huge offer for the striker; and Arsenal and Barcelona also remain interested.
âLiverpool and Chelsea are both big clubs with a lot of attraction,â he said before adding, âLiverpool have a Spanish coach and I also have a lot of friends there.â
An impressive Euro 2008 tournament so far from Villa has seen his value increase by well over £10 million as Valencia look to cash in.
