Spanish club Recreativo de Huelva have signed defender Cesar Arzo on a free transfer.
The Andalucian have been looking to strengthen their backline for next seasonâs campaign in La Liga and it appears that they have got the man that they wanted and needed.
Arzo was formerly at Villarreal and Real Murcia and is a strong no-nonsense defender. He was confirmed as a Recrea player on Wednesday and has signed a two-year contract.
Recrea barely managed to survive in top flight Spanish football last season and are looking to make more impact next season. They finished in the top ten of the table in the 2006-2007 season and are slated to make a few more vital signings in certain departments of their squads in the coming weeks.
