Llorente rejects Fulham

Athletic Bilbao striker Fernando Llorente has rejected a move to Fulham. It is understood that the talented forward had been offered £30k a week to join the Cottagers; but the player has decided to stay in Spain.

Llorente told Setanta: "There has been a real offer, but nothing happened. It's from Fulham.

"I'm very happy here, I'm improving. This year is to see if we continue here, but I'm comfortable.

"There's room for me to improve here."
