Man City for Riquelme

Man City chairman Thaksin Shinawatra will make a historic move for Juan Roman Riquelme in January. The Argentinian playmaker will cost at least £6m.

The Thai chairman is intent on spending big again during January and Riquelme could be his preferred option.

Sven-Goran Eriksson is known to be an admirer of the ex-Villarreal and Barcelona playmaker.
