Chelsea keeper Courtois, Man Utd midfielder Fellaini out of Belgium team
Belgium will be without Thibaut Courtois and Marouane Fellaini for Tuesday's friendly with Russia. The Chelsea goalkeeper and Manchester United midfielder have both been withdrawn due to injuries after playing in the 1-1 World Cup qualifying draw with Greece on Saturday.
