AC Milan failed to pick up their first home league victory over the season as Torino held them to a 0-0 draw. Afterwards, vice-chairman Adriano Galliani slammed the crazy refereeing performance and constant poor refereeing in Italy.

The European champions are yet to bag the three points in a Serie A game at the Giuseppe Meazza since the 3-1 victory over Cagliari last April.

Milan lie seventh with 14 points from 11 games, while Torino are two points less, occupying 12th place.

Galliani insists that the European champions should have been given a penalty when Cesare Natali downed Massimo Ambrosini inside the area.

"Milan played an excellent first half and I did not want to get angry with the referees again," the Milan GM said.

"But the repetition of their errors against us is crazy. This cannot go on.

"Crazy is the right word. I don’t know how else to define Natali’s challenge on Ambrosini. It was a stonewall penalty.

"Sometimes you can win 1-0 with a penalty, you know, it’s not banned in the regulations."

Galliani revealed that the Rossoneri have been victimized frequently by refereeing errors this season, and he promised to take action in return.

"I would like to count up – and we will – how many points have been taken from us by refereeing errors," he added.

"There was even an investigation by the consumers association that found Milan were the team most damaged by refereeing errors this season.

"Let us talk about it, then on Tuesday Collina will admit ‘Yes that was a penalty,’ but our points won’t be given back to us. The refereeing problem exists and it is serious. It is futile to keep denying it."
