Chelsea have completed the signing of another young starlet as Vincenzo Camilleri has joined the Stamford Bridge outfit from Reggina. The 15 year old is considered one of the best young players in Italy.

"They let him sign a contract but will obviously use it only from March 7th - when he turns 16," fumed Reggina chairman Foti to Corriere dello Sport.

"But it is only a mirage to follow the rules, because his father told me that they have already signed.

"We have worked a lot on our youth setup and then someone from abroad comes and signs our players.

"As a club we have tried to defend our asset for our own interests as well as those of Italian football as a whole.

"We were also trying to follow Italian Football Federation recommendations by showing support for our youth side, but another young talent has been stolen away.

"This happened because it was a club of Chelsea's size, but now we will be asking the FIGC to help us search for compensation and to launch a complaint."
