Kia ready to sue West Ham
Kia Joorabchian has insisted that he has the evidence that West Ham broke third-party ownership rules over the ownership of Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano when both Argentinians played for the Hammers. Kia has brought a £7.1 million court action against the Hammers.
Joorabchian said: “Time's ticking and the implications are immense, because I will be amazed if up to 10 Premier League clubs do not ask [chief executive] Richard Scudamore to reopen the case against them.
“I know they have broken the rules and broken them badly.
“They have been lieing and cheating and I promise you I have brought this court case, not because of the money but because it's personal.
“It's time the whole truth came out. There were agreements in place, I know it and they know it and it might have been in conversations but they were in front of witnesses, in front of lawyers — and they write everything down."
