Tottenham forward Robbie Keane believes that Spurs' boss Juande Ramos will be ready to move into the transfer market again this summer after the brilliant signing of Croatian Luka Modric from Dinamo Zagreb.

Tottenham have been linked with a host of strikers and Dimitar Berbatov is reportedly set to be leaving the club.

“Expectation will be higher because the manager has had more time to bed in,” the Irishman is quoted in The Sun. “There will be new players and we’ve already signed one in Luka Modric.

“I’m sure there will be a few more to follow and that can only help the squad. It’s always nice to see new players because it gives everyone a lift. Next year we’ll see a different Tottenham.”
