Man Utd interested in signing French winger - David Ornstein

Manchester United are interested in landing the signature of Michael Olise from Crystal Palace at the end of the campaign, according to David Ornstein.

The Frenchman has had a tough period with injuries and he has missed almost two-thirds of the ongoing campaign due to multiple setbacks.

Despite this, he has had a good season for the south London outfit, scoring 10 goals and providing five assists from just 18 appearances.

It is now reported that Olise could be on the move in the summer, considering he has an affordable release clause in the region of £60m.

United are one of the clubs interested in his services, as per Ornstein, but the buy-out clause is complicated and far from straightforward.

Olise will make the decision based on the welfare of the Eagles and he has no plans to leave the London club without their well wishes.

The move should also suit his playing style. United can't just trigger the clause to secure his signature during the summer transfer window.
