Chelsea fail to agree terms for Victor Osimhen

Chelsea are unlikely to sign Napoli striker Victor Osimhen, having failed to agree personal terms through his representative.
The Blues are eyeing a marquee striker ahead of next season and Osimhen has been on their transfer radar for some period of time.
However, a deal seems unlikely to happen due to his wages.
Osimhen signed a new long-term contract last year where his wages were doubled from £110,000 per week to £220,000 per week.
This has reportedly prised him out of a move to Stamford Bridge with the Blues working on a salary cap of around £150,000 weekly.
Hence, a deal is off the cards, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.
The Nigerian star could still end up in the Premier League with Arsenal said to be eyeing an elite centre-forward ahead of next season.
The Gunners currently have Benjamin Sesko as their prime target, but the club have not ruled out the prospect of landing Osimhen.
Osimhen has previously stated that he has the dream of playing in the Premier League despite interest from Paris Saint-Germain.
