PSG still in for Makelele
PSG chairman Charles Villeneuve is still in the race to sign Claude Makelele; but remains tight lipped over his other plans to sign new players. It is believed that the centre midfielder looks set to leave Chelsea this summer.
Makelele is not yet certain whether he is a part of new boss Luiz Felipe Scolari's plans.
“I read many things about this, and most of them are far away from the reality,” Villenueve said during a press conference at Parc des Princes.
“We continue to negotiate, but I didn’t tell you I was negotiating with Makelele and Giuly.”
