Tottenham in for Santa Cruz

Tottenham are reportedly interested in signing Blackburn striker Roque Santa Cruz this summer. It is understood that Spurs look set to join North London rivals Arsenal in the chase for the former Bayern Munich front man.

Tottenham look set to allow Dimitar Berbatov an early exit from the club, as Man Utd have reportedly made a massive offer for the striker.

Now, Santa Cruz is being lined up as a potential replacement by Juande Ramos.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has recently admitted an admiration for the forward; and had been rumoured to be the long-term successor to Emmanuel Adebayor - linked with an exit to Barcelona or AC Milan.
