Arsenal still hunting Arturo Vidal

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is still chasing Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Arturo Vidal. The Chilean star has been lined up as a potential replacement for Cesc Fabregas. The 24-year-old is being valued by the German club at around 19m GBP.

  • The Chilean has been with Bayer Leverkusen since 2007, and has played over 100 times for the German side since arriving from Colo-Colo.



    Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is lining up Vidal to add some more steel to his defensive midfield.



    It is understood that the Gunners will pay up to 14m GBP for the 24 year old, so there is still some negotiation to take place.
