Blackburn are very close to completing a move for Cedric Mongongu. The player will move from Monaco for a reported 2m GBP.
Cedric Mongongu has decided to quit Monaco as he is not willing to play in Ligue 2 with the French side.
Mongongu will complete a transfer this week and sign a three year contract at Ewood Park.
