eyefootball can exclusively reveal that Aston Villa have made a 5.5m GBP offer for Scott Parker. The England international midfielder is expected to complete a move to Aston Villa in the next week.
Villa are planning to use the funds from the sale of Stewart Downing to Liverpool immediately, and will make an offer for Scott Parker in the coming two days.
According to some reports, Villa will offer a total of 10m GBP for a double move for Robert Green and Scott Parker from West Ham.
