Villa are planning to use the funds from the sale of Stewart Downing to Liverpool immediately, and will make an offer for Scott Parker in the coming two days.



According to some reports, Villa will offer a total of 10m GBP for a double move for Robert Green and Scott Parker from West Ham.



eyefootball can also exclusively reveal that West Ham are looking for 7.5m GBP for Parker, so there may still be some negotiation that needs to take place.
