Chelsea's latest offer for Alvaro Pereira has been rejected, according to reports from Portugal. The Porto defender is eager to make a move to the Premier League with Chelsea.
The Uruguayan full back is valued by his club Porto at around 24m GBP, and so far Chelsea are believed to have had offers of 18m EUR and 24m EUR rejected.
The latest offer of 24m EUR was rejected immediately by the Porto chairman, who values his player at around 27m EUR and considers him one of the best wing backs in the world.
