Yoann Gourcuff linked with Arsenal move

Arsenal have reportedly made a £22m offer for France international Yoann Gourcuff. Arsene Wenger has been a fan of the attacking midfielder for some time and has reportedly had a bid accepted.

The Gunners have decided that Gourcuff is the perfect replacement for Cesc Fabregas, and plan to bring the Frenchman to the Emirates for discussing personal terms tomorrow



Christian Gourcuff, Arsene Wenger's close friend and also father of Yoann, has recommended that his son join the Gunners.



Wenger has a good working relationship with Gourcuff senior, having traded several players with Lorient; the club that Gourcuff manages.
