Tottenham midfielder Rafael van der Vaart has offered welcome news to his club after announcing he could be fit for Spurs' next Premier League game.

Chelsea poised to make bid for Man Utd winger

"I have been treated intensively by physiotherapist Dick van Toorn," the midfielder told his official website.



"Next weekend seems like no problem to me."



Tottenham take on Liverpool next week and will look forward to the return of van der Vaart.
