Manchester United eye Nicolai Boilesen deal?

09 October 2011 - 14:42

Man Utd have been linked with a move for Nicolai Boilesen, the young Ajax and Denmark youth international. Boilesen has already spent time in Manchester on trial with the Red Devils back in 2009.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game
  • Boilesen is one of the best young defensive prospects in the Eredivisie, and this year has progressed magnificently at the Dutch Champions. He is now a regular in the first team.

Capable of playing on the left or centre of defence, his arrival is expected to be as a long term successor for Patrice Evra.

Boilesen already has two caps for his country and is valued at around 5m GBP.
