Should Manchester City decide to sell Carlos Tevez in the January transfer window, Ezequiel Lavezzi could be the man who is signed to replace him.

Ezequiel Lavezzi had been linked with a move to Manchester United last summer but a deal failed to materialise.



The Argentine international has been recommended by Sergio Aguero, who has enjoyed an outstanding start to the season with the Citizens.



Lavezzi could be allowed to leave for around 22m GBP.
