Mcfadden Rejoins Everton

Everton have signed free agent James Mcfadden on a short term deal until the end of the seaon.

Mcfadden was released by Birmingham City at the end of last season, after picking up a serious knee injury.



He earlier had a five and a half year stint with Everton, during which he scored 13 times in 109 appearances.



A statement on the Everton official website revealed: ''Now back fit again, he will join up with the rest of the Blues squad at Finch Farm this week and begin his battle to force his way into David Moyes' starting line-up.''
