Manchester City could be forced to downgrade the suspension charge against Argentinian striker Carlos Tevez, after an internal investigation failed to prove Roberto Mancini's claim that Tevez refused to play against Bayern Munich.
Now it seems that Carlos Tevez will face a second disciplinary hearing, after facing a first last week.
Tevez could then face the Abu Dhabi owners who own the club, for a second hearing.
Tevez currently has not played in the first team since his refusal to play against Bayern Munich, and has reportedly been give a maximum wage fine.
Roberto Mancini has told Tevez that he will never play for Manchester City again, but Tevez will appeal any case against him, according to reports.
