Italian side Napoli could make a surprise move for Queens Park Rangers' midfielder Adel Taarabt in January. The Frenchman has been looking to quit QPR since the summer.
A move to Paris St Germain fell through during the summer, and now reports of new interest of Serie A have the former Tottenham man excited about the future.
So far this year, Taarabt has failed to set alight the Premier League as he did in the Championship last year.
"I am flattered by my name being linked with an enormous club like Napoli who the best player of all time [Diego Maradona] played for," Taarabt said.
"QPR know there is interest so it is up to them but I am happy to win games for them and the future will tell."
