Lille to give Drogba way out of Chelsea

French Ligue 1 champions Lille OSC are looking to strengthen their ranks in January in order to catch up with a high spending PSG. Rumours say that they view Didier Drogba as the perfect man to help them in their title push.

Drogba has scored an amazing 145 goals and provided 68 assists during his eight year stint at Chelsea, but injuries and the development of Daniel Sturridge have limited his appearances.



Lille currently sit third in the Ligue 1 table, five points behind leaders PSG, and are willing to offer Drogba regular first team football.



It is believed that a fee of £15 million would be enough to convince Chelsea to sell.
