Bayern Munich chase Lucas Leiva

Bayern Munich chase Lucas Leiva

08 November 2011 - 06:52

Bayern Munich have been tracking Brazil and Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva, with a view to a permanent transfer. The Bavarian side are on the look out for a defensive midfielder and have decided that Lucas is the very best option available.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game
  • Liverpool's midfielder had been linked with a move away from Anfield during the summer, but instead decided to stay put and the club rejected all move talk.<br />

However, German side Bayern could cough up as much as 12m GBP to lure Lucas to the Allianz Arena, and that would be a figure very difficult for Kenny Dalglish's side to reject.
