Arsenal manager rules out busy January window

03 December 2011 - 08:43

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger doesn't expect to be busy in the January transfer window. Wenger is certain that, should his side not pick up any new injuries, he will not need to be partaking in the busy January transfer sales.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game
  • Arsenal have been linked with a whole host of players throughout the past month, but Wenger has followed the same pattern of other Premier League managers and insists that he will not be buying anybody during the January transfer window, and that Arsenal will be quiet when it comes to sales, too.<br />

Wenger said: "At the moment, I will do nothing in January. I have a big squad but, if you knock at my door and say, ‘I have a fantastic player for you’, I will not turn it down."
