Milan deny any Tevez-Pato swap deal

AC Milan deny that a deal involving Carlos Tevez and Alexandre Pato is purely speculation, and that whilst the club are chasing Man City's wantaway striker, Pato will not be involved in any deal.

  • Pato had been linked with a move to Manchester as part of a deal for the Argentine last week, but Adriano Galliani the club president, insists that Pato will be staying at the San Siro.

"There is an offer sent to Manchester for Tevez. However, we have not spoken about any of our players going to City or any other club," said Galliani.

"Our fans can be calm because this is the truth."
