Manchester City's misfit striker Mario Balotelli admitted that discussions have taken place with AC Milan and Inter Milan regarding a transfer back to Italy. Balotelli has been in sensational form this year for Man City, and the Premier League leaders are keen to keep hold of their star striker.
A number of high profile incidents on the training ground and at home have tarnished the excellent season that Balotelli has been enjoying, and a move back to Italy had been suggested for over two months.
The striker himself has now admitted that discussions did take place regarding a move away from the City of Manchester.
"Inter's president Massimo Moratti said he would take me back in an instant. I thank him, but I don't want to leave Manchester City right now," said Balotelli.
"I am not thinking about returning to Italy for the time being, even though I have already spoken with AC Milan and Inter.
