Queens Park Rangers have moved a step closer to agreeing a deal for Nigerian defender Taye Taiwo on loan from AC Milan until the end of the season. Mark Hughes has agreed a fee with the Italian side for a temporary loan of the player.
Taiwo is reportedly unhappy in Italy and is currently spending time on the substitutes' bench. According to reports, Mark Hughes has already agreed a fee to take the player on loan for a short period, and Milan will earn approximately 250,000 GBP for the deal to be completed.<br />
The Nigerian had been pursued by Arsenal for two weeks, but the Gunners decided against making a move for a full back.
