Lokomotiv Moscow seal Pavlyuchenko deal

Tottenham have given permission for Roman Pavlyuchenko to leave White Hart Lane, and the Russian striker is believed to have agreed terms with Lokomotiv Moscow last night. Spurs have already brought in Louis Saha as a replacement for the striker.

  • Pavlyuchenko had been told that he was free to leave the club yesterday, and according to some reports he had a falling out with Kevin Bond; Spurs' assistant manager just yesterday.<br />

    "We have reached agreement for the transfer of Roman Pavlyuchenko to Lokomotiv Moscow," a Spurs statement read.<br />

    "The striker joined us from Spartak Moscow in August 2008 and went on to score 42 goals in 113 appearances. We thank Roman for his contribution and wish him every success for the future."
