Redknapp admits Spurs have lost their way

22 March 2012 - 14:53

Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp admitted that his side appear to have lost their way, after the Lilywhites could only manage a 1-1 draw against Stoke City in the Premier League last night, slipping down to fourth in the Premier League.

 • North London rivals Arsenal have now leapfrogged Spurs into third position, and moved one point ahead of their fiercest rivals.
Spurs' manager Harry Redknapp admitted that his team's form remains his biggest concern: "We just seem to have lost our way, we're not playing with the same fluency.
"It was difficult tonight, and I just feel like we panicked a bit. We stopped playing, stopped passing, stopped probing, when we needed to be patient.
"If you look the best sides, sides like Barcelona, they don't suddenly start lumping it with five minutes to go, they play until they get an opening and we went away from that.
"There's still nine games to go and still so much to play for. There will be more twists and turns with us, Arsenal and Chelsea."
