Luis Suarez rules out Liverpool exit

Luis Suarez rules out Liverpool exit

16 April 2012 - 06:14

Liverpool frontman Luis Suarez has no plans to quit Anfield, despite a difficult season for the Uruguayan striker. The forward battled with an alleged racial harrassment case against Man Utd captain Patrice Evra.

  • Everton make bid for Oleksandr Zinchenko
  • Marseille table bid for Chelsea defender

  • These high profile incidents led to suspensions, and the striker at one point was believed to be considering a move away from Anfield.

But yesterday the striker said: "I have four years left on my contract and I am very happy and content to be here and I hope good things continue.

"I will continue at Liverpool. It is obvious I will continue."

Suarez then referred to the incident with Evra, and insisted that all is back to normal again: "Obviously the important thing was the support from all the people and there is no need to talk about that as it is already in the past."
