There are indications that Wayne Rooney will put pen to paper on a brand new deal at Old Trafford, signalling his long term future to the club. PSG were believed to be interested in the striker.

However, Rooney looks set to extend his contract at Old Trafford as he signs a new five year contract with United.<br />
