Roberto Mancini is ignoring any mention of him quitting Manchester City at the end of the season, insisting that the stories he will quit are fiction.
"These are fantasy stories from the English press. It's absolutely not true and I have never been worrying about them," Mancini told Gazzetta dello Sport. "They criticise me because of the second place, but if this is the reason, all the Premier League managers should be sacked apart from Alex Ferguson, who won the Premier League, and [Michael] Laudrup, who won the League Cup."
