Angulo has spent the last 10 years at Valencia, and once came very close to joining Arsenal 4 seasons ago.



It is believed that Man Utd boss Ferguson is keen to add more depth to his midfield and defence, and sees Angulo as the ideal backup for his squad. Angulo has played over 300 games for Valencia and was a key part of the squad that won the 2002 and 2004 Primera Liga.
