West Ham have had an offer for Alvaro Negredo turned down by Sevilla. West Ham offered a reported 14 million Euros for the striker who has been linked with a host of English teams.
Tha Hammers were also keen to sign Andy Carroll, but it appears their efforts to secure the signing of the Liverpool striker have so far failed.<br />
"West Ham offered 17m (euros) with more in incentives but we do not value the offer and the player refused,"said Sevilla president Jose Maria del Nido.<br />
"He has four years left on his contract. He is at home here. He has scored a lot of goals and delighted us with his football."<br />
