Arsenal chasing Odil Ahmedov

Anzhi midfielder Odil Ahmedov has told reporters that Arsenal have been monitoring his performances all season and that the London side could be preparing a bid for the player this summer.

The 25-year-old is very highly rated by Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, but one stumbling block could be the reported 14 million Euros Anzhi are looking for to let the player leave.<br />

"It is true I have interest from Arsenal - their scouts have watched me in every match this season," Ahmedov told reporters. "If I move there, I could be a huge success but there is no bid yet."
