Bebe Eying A Sporting Lisbon Switch

Manchester United attacker, Bebe, has been linked to a move to Sporting Lisbon this summer. His days at the Old Trafford seem to be coming to an end.

  • The 22 year old has had an uncertain career so far at the Old Trafford after being signed for over 7 million pounds on the recommendation of assistant boss Carlos Queiroz, in August 2010. He made this move from Vitoria Guimaraes without having played a single game there.<br /><br />Bebe has been loaned to Rio Ave, where he spent the second half of this season, scoring just a goal in the 17 appearances he made. He has confirmed his preference to return to Portugal permanently where he would have better opportunities to shape his career.<br /><br />"I would love to play for Sporting"<br /><br />"The club would suit me and it is an ambition of mine to play for sporting", said the forward.<br /><br />About Sporting, he goes on to appreciate the faith they put in the young players and said that their gameplay suits his style.<br /><br /> "It is a club that can grow. I haven't found that in England"<br /><br />A couple of months ago, Bebe, opened up for the first time when he slammed Sir Alex Ferguson for having ruined his career at Old Trafford.<br /><br />
