Liverpool ready for Luis Suarez fallout

28 June 2013 - 06:32

Liverpool are ready for talks with Uruguayan striker Luis Suarez. The player will be shortly returning to England for the summer and his agent will request talks with the Anfield side as reports indicate that Real Madrid have already wrapped up a move for the player.

 • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
 • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game
 • However, some reports suggest that despite Real Madrid agreeing terms with the player, as of yet Liverpool have yet to receive an offer from the Spanish side.
Whilst Suarez has not yet submitted a transfer request to the club, and has a contract until 2017, the forward has reportedly told his friends and agent that he has had enough of England and is desperate to leave.
Suarez also recently admitted that he would find it very difficult to turn down a move to Madrid.
Liverpool responded to reports that Suarez would leave the club by saying: “Neither Luis or his representatives have communicated these feelings directly to Liverpool.”
