The Canaries have agreed personal terms with Swedish striker Ola Toivonen, and the forward will now move from PSV Eindhoven to Norwich City. Last week, Norwich and the Dutch club settled on a 5.5 million Euro transfer fee.
Norwich have already signed Ricky van Wolfswinkel this summer and are now looking to Toivonen as a dream strike partner for the Dutchman.
Yesterday, PSV Eindhoven director Marcel Brands confirmed that this deal is reaching a close: "We never comment on any sums, but we have reached an agreement with Norwich for Ola. Now it's entirely up to him to decide whether he wants to move.
"We start training on Monday, if there is no deal with Norwich then I expect to him to be here."
