Arsenal's manager Arsene Wenger has chosen to keep quiet when asked about a potential interest in Liverpool and Uruguay striker Luis Suarez. The forward, who will miss the first 10 games of the season through suspension, has been linked with a move away from Anfield all summer.
Arsenal, who are currently away in Asia on tour, have been linked with a host of new strikers this summer and many believed Gonzalo Higuain to be the primary target for the club. However, in recent days Arsenal's interest in Suarez has gone public.<br />
When asked about an interest in the forward, Wenger said: "Suarez? As you know the transfer period demands secrets and confidentiality, so I can't answer the question."
