Napoli stopper Morgan De Sanctis is set on making an early exit from the club, claims his agent Federico Pastorello. De Sanctis has been linked with a move to Roma.

  • After the signing of goalkeeper Rafael this summer, the Partenopei have already created another option in the shot-stopping department. They are also reported to be closing in on Liverpool and Spain keeper, Pepe Reina, for a season-long deal.

The 36-year-old joined Napoli in July 2009 from Sevilla in a deal that cost the Serie A runners up €1.7 million.

The Italy international has been linked with a move to the Serie A outfit, Roma. His agent believes that his client’s departure from the club is almost inevitable.

"Am I certain of Morgan’s move to Roma? There is nothing certain on the transfer market," De Sanctis' agent told CalcioNews24.

"I can only say that he will almost certainly leave Napoli."
