Premier League side Chelsea are preparing to make a bid in the region of £8m for the highly talented Botafogo defender Dória.
The new Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is keen on bringing the talented 18-year-old talented to Stamford Bridge.<br />
Matheus Dória Macedo who is commonly known as Dória has been the subject of interest from many top clubs in Europe including the likes of Barcelona, Tottenham and Juventus.<br />
Sport says that Barcelona have made an offer for the 18 year-old, as the La Liga side are convinced that the player's style of play can fit into the club's strategy.<br />
However, it appears Chelsea are stepping up their interest and the Brazilian club botafogo are aware of the popularity of Dória in the market and will only hope to get the best possible fee out of the player.
