The new Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is keen on bringing the talented 18-year-old talented to Stamford Bridge.<br />

Matheus D&oacute;ria Macedo who is commonly known as D&oacute;ria has been the subject of interest from many top clubs in Europe including the likes of Barcelona, Tottenham and Juventus.<br />

Sport says that Barcelona have made an offer for the 18 year-old, as the La Liga side are convinced that the player's style of play can fit into the club's strategy.<br />

However, it appears Chelsea are stepping up their interest and the Brazilian club botafogo are aware of the popularity of D&oacute;ria&nbsp;in the market and will only hope to get the best possible fee out of the player.
