  • Hull City boss Steve Bruce had earlier expressed his desire to sign the former Monaco striker and is set to make Sagbo the seventh signing of this summer.

A statement at the French club's website read: "Evian Thonon Gaillard FC and Hull City have reached an agreement for the permanent transfer of Yannick Sagbo.

"ETG FC wishes every success to Yannick for the rest of his career."

Sagbo was also in West Ham's wishlist but it seems that the Tigers are set to secure his services for the coming season.
