Tottenham monitoring Alvaro Vadillo

Tottenham are the newest team to have shown an interest in Real Betis winger Alvaro Vadillo. Arsenal were also rumoured to have been in the race for the player, but Spurs are now in pole position having decided Vadillo would prove a suitable replacement for Gareth Bale.

  • Vadillo has forced his way into Real Betis' plans since progressing to the first team in 2011 and the 18-year-old has attracted interest from the likes of Man Utd as well as the Gunners in recent months.<br />

    However, Spurs are believed to be favourites to land the talented winger.
